Welcome to our web site. It’s our goal to provide our patients with the best periodontal advice, treatment and service.

We specialize in the treatment of gum disease, cosmetic procedures and surgically place implants to replace missing teeth, all so you can have the smile you want. We know that a visit to the periodontist isn’t most folks’ idea of a good time. But, we also know that what we do provides our patients greater quality of life. While you’re in our office, you’ll notice how our staff works for your comfort and relaxation. And we know you’ll be pleased with the results.

Have a look around our site. Get to know us and, if the mood strikes you, feel free to give us a call or send an email. We’re happy to answer any questions you might have.

Your health and safety is our top priority. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic caused by the Coronavirus, at this time, we are currently only treating dental conditions classified as urgent or emergency for the relief of pain and management of infection. All other non-urgent cases will be scheduled at a later date. Additionally, we are adhering to precautions outlined by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and following the recommendations from the ADA and the ISDS.
Please if you feel you are experiencing a true dental emergency call our office and choose the correct prompt to be directed to Dr Cosimi. Leave a message with the problems you are experiencing. Someone will return your call as soon as possible to discuss appointment options.
When you call you will be asked a number of questions before receiving an appointment time when you can be seen for your dental care:
1. History of recent travel or social contacts within the last month.
2. Recent medical history for the last 14 or more days.
3. Your overall medical history.
4. Your dental symptoms or chief complaint.
5. At your dental treatment appointment, you may be asked to repeat your answers to the questions above and may have your temperature taken.
6. At your dental appointment you should also be aware that treatment could still be denied based upon the judgement of the dentist.
7. You will be given a Patient Consent and Declaration form to sign.
