Her leadership is key to maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for everyone who walks through the door.
In addition to her role as Practice Manager, Tiffany is married to Dr. Cosimi, our esteemed periodontist and dental implant specialist. Together, they are committed to delivering the highest standard of care to our patients, fostering a professional and compassionate atmosphere.
Tiffany takes pride in helping patients navigate their treatment options and ensuring that the practice runs with the utmost professionalism and care.
Outside the office Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family. Tiffany is a proud mother of 4 children, Taylor, Macy, Jacksen and Emilia.

Tiffany has worked in various areas of dentistry before deciding to focus her career on periodontal health, serving the Southern Illinois community.
Her passion for periodontal care is deeply personal. Having witnessed a close family member struggle with chronic, untreated periodontal disease and related cardiovascular issues, Tiffany is highly motivated to help others prevent similar health challenges. This experience has fueled her commitment to promoting the vital connection between oral health and overall well-being.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Sammie. She loves being outdoors, especially near water, and finds joy in reading, painting, and staying active at the gym. A social person, Tiffany also works at a local brewery on weekends, where she enjoys connecting with others.
